Living a healthy lifestyle is a journey and a long
time adventure of constant learning.
As I have been revisiting my steps on how and why I
wrote by book Fabulous, Fit & Fantastic Living "Get To Your
Natural State of Weight" I am discovering a lot of new
processes and natural herbs and remedies to keep my
body in the ultimate state.
Thought I would share the 2019 list of "Dirty Dozen" and "Clean Fifteen"
with you by Environmental Working Group (EWG)
This is a list of conventionally grown fruits and vegetables
with the highest and lowest amounts of pesticide residue.
Strawberries topped the “Dirty Dozen” list for the third year in row.
More than 90 percent of produce sampled, including strawberries, apples,
cherries, spinach, nectarines, and kale, tested positive for two or more pesticides.
It's very important if you are not buying organic foods that you
wash you food extremely well. If possible, buy organic whenever
you can.
Studies show that people who eat organic foods had 25% fewer cancers.
It's very disturbing to see how the pesticides affect our body and cause
fertility problems and so many more issues.
With this guide I want to encourage you to fill your fridges
and fruit bowls with plenty of healthy and organic produce
that isn't contaminated with multiple pesticide residues.
Take control of what you put in your body. After all the choice is YOURS!
The Dirty Dozen:
1.Strawberries
2.Spinach
3.Kale
4.Nectarines
5.Apples
6.Grapes
7.Peaches
8.Cherries
9.Pears
10.Tomatoes
11.Celery
12.Potatoes
+Hot peppers
The Clean Fifteen:
1.Avocados
2.Sweet corn
3.Pineapples
4.Sweet peas (frozen)
5.Onions
6.Papaya
7.Eggplants
8.Asparagus
9.Kiwi fruit
10.Cabbages
11.Cauliflower
12.Cantaloupes
13.Broccoli
14.Mushrooms
15.Honeydew melons
For a full list of where various fruits and veggies rank, visit the EWG website.

I hope you find this informative and share with your family
and friends.

I love this! Take a minute to see who you are allowing in your circle.
They should encourage you to be greater every day.
Be happy for you when you have success,
Cheer for you from the sidelines to keep going for your dreams,
Inspire you to be more fabulous!
If the people in your circle aren't doing this and clapping for you wins...
It's time to get a new circle.
Remember to Always Be Fabulous!

Emotional health is an important part of overall health. People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They are able to cope with life’s challenges. They can keep problems in perspective and bounce back from setbacks. They feel good about themselves and have good relationships.
Being emotionally healthy does not mean you are happy all the time. It means you are aware of your emotions. You can deal with them, whether they are positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people still feel stress, anger, and sadness. But they know how to manage their negative feelings. They can tell when a problem is more than they can handle on their own. They also know when to seek help from their doctor.
Research shows that emotional health is a skill. There are steps you can take to improve your emotional health and be happier.

Here are the Ingredients
3 bags of Enjoy Life- Eat Freely Chunks-
Made with Natural Ingredients - from cocoa beans
Raw Almonds
Raw Walnuts
Raw Peanuts
Raw Sunflower Seeds
Raw shredded coconut (sprinkle on top if you like)
Melt the chocolate on low in a pan- slowly stir as melting -
Do not rush this process or it will burn.
Chop the ingredients into very small pieces
Once the chocolate has melted slowly stir in all the ingredients except coconut
Make sure all the ingredients are covered with chocolate.
After stirring in all the ingredients get a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper
Scoop out the melted chocolate and ingredients and spread out onto the pan
covering evenly the complete pan
Sprinkle with shredded coconut
Put in the fridge immediately and cool for approximately 4 hours
After cooled get a knife and gently break into pieces
I prefer to keep my crackle in the fridge in a container after it's made
It's a fabulous treat when on the road, for an afternoon or evening snack
Give you the satisfaction of crunch as well
Enjoy!!
